Please add the functionality to create NPS surveys. I am aware that HighLevel already uses NPS surveys from time to time so why not also implement that for use in subaccounts. This would bring huge value when competing with other survey and form providers.

I would like it if, by sending the survey link to a specific email (e.g. tony.stark@aol.com) contained in the CRM through the workflow, this would be recognized as the UniqueID of the DB and reconcile the customer who fills in the NPS. Today I have to have the user fill in their credentials by hand and this increases the risk of abandonment and error. It would be very simple to implement.

I have 5 questions in the NPS score 1-10 scale and want to report on the average score and the ultimate NPS scale - on an automated email (therefore survey) as the embedded widget is only in Campaign emails right onw (#facepalm)
any update here?

Yes. Need it for service based company , and with analytic as diagram etc for the results.

You can also add the benchmarking of NPS based on the industry and add this to reputation management
