If you add a name field and email on first page ofa survey, with the new feature of being able to collect that email even with a full submit at the end, then we should have it be a sticky field at the last page when we ask for the rest of their info like Last name and phone so they do not have to re-enter the previous field from the first page- please add this feature when possible.
