We have a survey with multiple pages. When a user clicks "next" the system triggers a "submit Application" event, even though the form is not fully completed.

These conversion events should only be sent when a form is fully completed.

This is inflating the count of actual survey submissions.

The screenshot below outlines how our 3-step survey received 3 submit Application events for every single full submission.
