GoHighLevel currently requires surveys and forms to be built manually, which is time-consuming and error-prone for complex intakes, onboarding, compliance, and assessment workflows. Please add the ability to upload a CSV that automatically generates survey or form questions, including field types, required settings, and selectable options. This would significantly reduce build time, improve consistency across accounts and snapshots, and align surveys/forms with GHL’s existing CSV-based import capabilities for other objects.
