It has happened to me several times that when I am creating Surveys, some slides disappear or get deleted and I have to create them again.

It happens in two ways: during creation and after saving them, when you come to edit them again, you find that slides that were there a few seconds ago are missing.

So, it's something that happens when you are in edit mode, there is like an internal refresh and it deletes something.
