Currently, our automations are effective, but there is one aspect that I think could make them even more powerful and useful for all users: the ability to differentiate between survey respondents who qualify and those who are disqualified.
Let's imagine a scenario where we need to take specific actions based on whether a respondent has qualified or has been disqualified in a particular survey. Presently, automations allow us to set up rules based on responses to questions, but we cannot directly identify whether a respondent has qualified or been disqualified in a survey.
My request is as follows:
Add a new condition in automations that allows us to check whether a respondent has qualified or been disqualified in a specific survey.
It could look like this:
If survey "Survey Title" is (qualified) then...
or
If survey "Survey Title" is (disqualified) then...
This addition would be highly beneficial for a wide range of scenarios. For example, we could send personalized thank-you emails to respondents who have qualified, or we could conduct special follow-ups with respondents who have been disqualified to gather more information about their experience.
We understand that the development of new features can take time and resources, but we believe that this enhancement would greatly benefit the user community and increase the versatility of the platform. We are willing to collaborate and provide further information if needed to implement this improvement.
Thank you for considering our request. We are excited about the possibilities that this new feature could offer and look forward to seeing it implemented in future updates.
