The sub-affiliate process is not as sophisticated as it is in other platforms. Our concern is that we have a required affiliate application (we don't just sign up warm bodies) and our system works for affiliates. But if turn on another tier and let them recruit their own subs, then we will lose our qualify control. Could a work flow be use to handle this?

Stephen Bostian For sure, once the "Create Sub-Affiliate" Action is created.
- Have Affiliate #1's sub-affiliate sign up page. When someone makes a submission on this page/form, this triggers your workflow.
- The workflow sends the sub-affiliate applicant the application & reminder nurture.
- When application is filled and sent back to you, you're notified.
- You can use tags, opportunities, or custom values to monitor & control the flow: from submissions to approvals.
- Next workflow trigged once applicant is "approved": A) [NEW ACTION] Create Sub-Affiliate to (Affiliate #1), B) Add to Campaign (selected from Affiliate #1's campaigns).
This is the hope at least. All dependent on if/when they build the actions necessary.

Stephen Bostian Considering you're probably having a human review applications, this very easy to do now.
-Have Affiliate #1's sub-affiliate sign up page. When someone makes a submission on this page/form, this triggers your workflow. [add custom value "Tier 1 Affiliate Name"]
-The workflow sends the sub-affiliate applicant the application & reminder nurture.
- When application is filled and sent back to you, you're notified.
- Manually approve, add to Tier 1 Affiliate, and send notification to sub-affiliate.
