Urgent Sub-Account data mishandling by agencies

Hi team,
I have been in 2 troubleshooting calls from clients having their agency refusing to transfer to a new agency and instead kicked out their account to most likely get the commission stated in: https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/155000003465-sub-account-transfers-eject-sub-account-to-a-new-agency
Now the client has to pay for their own agency, and if they migrate to new agency manually, they will pay again with the new agency --> this is wrong and very bad for client.
In this case, the initial agency mentioned to contact GHL, without mentioning any numbers or procedure, and the client could not sign in, leading to business impact and cul-de-sac.
The wording should be changed so agencies work in the best interest of the client.
