Not sure the value of creating sub accounts if they do not have the option to contact anyone for support! At the least, we should be able to offer support to our sub-accounts as an option for agencies. A simple list of support capabilites that our sub accounts can click (i.e. the blue question mark at the top). This is a huge oversight!
What makes GHL standout among the other platforms for me is the 24/7 support! That alone is worth every dime I pay. Now while, we will not offer this to our clients, it would be nice to offer an interface which at least provides the functionality of a support team.
Rather, I have to have my team build out an entire landing page and place it as a course or product. That is not it!
I love GHL. But I want my clients to love me more...
