This is a massive flaw in the current multi tier affiliate setup and needs urgent attention.

Right now, affiliates at lower levels cannot build their own network. Their referrals cannot add subaffiliates beyond the defined tiers, which means they are permanently locked out of the same opportunity as the people who recruited them.

That is not just a technical limitation. It is an ethical one. It creates an uneven and unfair system where only certain affiliates have the ability to grow, duplicate, and scale their efforts.

What makes this even more concerning is that GHL’s own affiliate program does not have this limitation. So why would this be built this way in the Sub-account Affiliate Manager??

This design completely breaks the spirit of a true affiliate or referral program. Every affiliate should have the ability to build their own network, even if there is a global cap on commission depth.

Until this is fixed, the program remains locked, unscalable, and fundamentally flawed in its structure.
