Currently you can only manually assign sales to an affiliate if there is an associated campaign for that product. Instead, after selecting the customer under "Add Sales Manually" it should display all the sales made under that customers account, perhaps with the ability to filter by campaign if desired. For sales that don't have a campaign it should let us also manually enter the commission setup or select from a default value.
