Maintain Sales Credit for Payout

My clients frequently have referrals from their customers. Instead of paying their customers via payment processor, they'd prefer to pass that along as a "credit" for their customer's future purchase.
For example, if Customer A refers Lead B using their affiliate link - Customer A gets a "credit" of X towards their next purchase. You could think of this as an automatically applied coupon or gift card on Customer A's next product purchase.

we also have this need in a slightly different scenario. We have a weight loss clinic who packages that includes coaching and products. SO when they purchase their coaching package it also needs to include store credit for x dollar(S) and each month the package renews it needs to increase the store credit amount.
