Current State:
Affiliates can only view basic contact details for their referred leads in the Affiliate Portal.
Requested Feature:
Enable admins to select additional custom fields that affiliates can view for their referred contacts.
Use Case:
We need affiliates to see real-time status updates for their referrals, such as:
  • Loan application status
  • Pipeline stage
  • Deal progress
  • Custom field values (e.g., approval status, funding date, etc.)
Benefits:
  • Improved transparency for affiliate partners
  • Reduced support inquiries about lead status
  • Better affiliate engagement and retention
  • More informed follow-up from affiliates
Suggested Implementation:
Add a settings section in Agency Settings > Affiliate Portal where admins can:
  1. Select which custom fields are visible to affiliates
  2. Set permissions per field or field group
  3. Control visibility by affiliate tier/level (if applicable)
