Sales & Marketing: Thank you Sales&Marketing; It’s great but this is not a solution for us as “Service-Based” businesses.
Consider this issue like we are not selling products; we just have a “calendar” which people go and book a service with us with zero deposit; “there is NO product or funnel.” We wanna use this affiliate manager to get referrals from our previous clients; and we set a referral fee for them for helping us grow.
We need this system to record our affiliates actions sending referals to us through CALENDAR BOOKING; Means NO product or payment is involved, Just booking!
I think you can make the “booking links” ajustable to affiliate links…
Then the rest will be the same 😊

Sales & Marketing: FEEDBACK - Do we have to have payment card details captured when its free service ? can we skip the card payment step and just capture client details with a form and add them as customer or leads which are submitted by our affiliates?

Nilou Khaloo: I agree to Nilou comment , we need a solution to capture leads through our affiliates and then pay them referral fee based on form submission through a funnale which will be a unique link for each affiliate , once they submit the leads using theior unique link we know the lead source and can nuse affiliate manage for payouts

vikrant malik yes, we have a lot of use cases for free services. That's different from a paid service with a trial (100% discount via coupon). Like others explained, we want to reward affiliates for lead generation also. So we might pay $5 for every time someone books a call, or $1 every time they watch the demo video, etc. The other thing we need in the REGULAR affiliate campaigns is the ability to set the commission rate all the way down to ZERO. This would provide tracking for everyone on the campaign without having to make personalized coupon codes for each affiliate. Now we have to put some $ or % amount, even if 1 cent. Thanks!

Yes it will make use cases for those who are not taking orders and just using affiliate manager for referrals collection.
Use case for us is to affiliates can refer their clients using form to us and we set a referral fee if the lead submitted is closed by sales team, where affiliate just have to filla form and no order or payment is involved.
Will make life easy for us and help us to grow the business.

Add ability to set up a refer 3 people at the $XXX plan level (or whatever you set it up as) and get your SAAS free.
GHL automates all the tracking/math/reporting and verifies all 3 referrals (in this example) are still paying before they get their next month free. If not, then they are charged.
So you never pay out cash but credit affiliates for their monthly SAAS when they have at least 3 affiliate sales active (in this example.)

First, it is financially beneficial to the client, we can list the payout/credit at retail price but everyone knows the client has a margin in that price which means they are providing more value than the cost of providing that value.
Second, it provides a loyalty/rewards function, the more the customer refers our client's services the more they get to experience that service themselves.

Sasha Trifkovic: You still have to add a product to the affiliate campaign but you don't need to have a 2-part order form attached to the funnel. You can use any product for any price - AM just needs a product attached to save
- Create your funnel containing your lead capture form
- Create a product to satisfy AM needing an attached product (i.e. ‘Affiliate Campaign Product’ @ $.01)
- Create your affiliate manager campaign
