In the Sub-Account Affiliate Manager, the “Check Affiliate Earnings” section disappears when viewing the Affiliate Portal on a tablet or mobile device.

This also happens on desktop when the browser window is resized or minimized below a certain width—the earnings area is no longer accessible at all.

Because affiliates frequently check performance on mobile or tablet, this creates a usability gap and can lead to confusion or unnecessary support requests. The data still exists, but there’s no way for affiliates to view it unless they are on a full-width desktop screen.

Suggested Improvement:

Ensure the “Check Affiliate Earnings” section remains accessible on tablet and mobile views (or provide an alternative navigation option such as a tab, button, or menu item) so affiliates can always view their earnings regardless of screen size.
