Right now the Affiliate Manager only tracks commissions when a subscription is created through the affiliate's funnel link. If the subscription was created any other way, a manual payment link, a sales call, an in-person sale, an imported customer, there is no way to attach that subscription to an affiliate afterward. You cannot add affiliate tracking to the subscription, assign an affiliate to it, or connect its payments to an affiliate.

I need a way to assign an affiliate to an existing subscription so that every future rebill automatically pays commission to that affiliate. One assignment, covering all future payments.

Why this matters: affiliates refer buyers who then purchase through other channels. My sales team closes deals on calls. The referrer who created that customer earns nothing on the recurring revenue, which kills the incentive to refer. Recurring commissions are the whole point of an affiliate program, and right now they only work for one narrow checkout path.
