Alternative to PayPal for affiliate payouts

I would like to see alternative options for sending affiliate payments via affiliate manager than PayPal.
Setting up auto payouts in PayPal is not automated, and requires contacting PP customer support. Which is often a horrible experience.
(To give context, I have been trying to get this enabled for months. Their support often sends me in never-ending loops, they deliberately make it difficult to send them a message, and their support chat is almost always closed, which for a global company is ridiculous.)
Please give us alternative options.

1000% needed.
Paypal has been horrible experience and is making paying out Affiliate payments a horrid mess.
In order to process payouts in the Affiliate Manager (which uses Paypal's "Mass Payments", Paypal requires that the funds be transferred into the Paypal account before we can process payouts in High Level.
Paypal's security policy means that we are unable to add funds into our Paypal account (from our bank account) until the Paypal account starts having regular activity such as receiving funds or making payments - which we can't do until there are funds in the Paypal account!! Doh!
Hours spent on the phone with Paypal support over the past week has resulted in that they can't turn off this block.
We definitely need a better payout method than Paypal.
SUGGESTION: Let affiliates add bank details as a payout method so that we can export a CSV file to upload to our bank for mass payment.

This is much needed. I have a client that has an affiliate that refuses to create a PayPal account. I realize she can mark it manually and pay a different way, but it would be easier if my client could just choose a different method from her payment methods on her account, and popular pay apps like Venmo, CashApp, etc...
Additionally, store credit, or account credit would be a great option.
