When a customer from one of your affiliates decides to cancel or pause their subscription, there is currently no way to remove this customer from the affiliate portal without actually deleting the contact from the sub-account. This is a very basic, but critical feature for transparency and accurate reporting for each affiliate.

One possible solution would be to remove a customer from the current affiliate member, allowing us to reassign them to a different affiliate. This would help ensure that the customer is properly linked to the right affiliate for tracking and commissions.

I'm going to upvote this as we are also needing the Delete Customer capability on our end. Right now, we have tests customers that we can't remove that is making a mess of the lists. It's also very crucial for us.

I think you are incorrect. Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Affiliate (list)
