Adding a 2nd (or multi) tier affiliate tracking

Allow locations to add a 2nd (or more) tiers to their affiliate program with different payouts per tier.

Example: 30% for 1st tier affiliates and 10% for those who referred other affiliates.

This is a must for us as well! It already exists in the HL Affiliate Portal, so please activate it on the sub-account affiliate portal as well. Giving our level 1 affiliates the ability to sign-on social media influencers as level 2 affiliates and get a % commission on their sales as well is much needed.
