We are using the High Level Subaccount Affiliate Manager system and appreciate the feature allowing affiliates to share their link to sign subaffiliates. However, we need a more controlled onboarding process.

Current Situation:

Currently, when someone signs up through an affiliate's link, they become an active affiliate immediately. Our company requires a preliminary approval step, including sending agreements and having calls to determine fit.

Proposed Enhancement:

Add a simple toggle feature that allows administrators to enable or remove signed subaffiliates before they become active affiliates. This will help us manage and approve new subaffiliates more effectively. This feature should work the same way as the initial affiliate promotion process.
