Social Planner currently has no workflow trigger that fires when a post actually goes live. There's an approval flow and a review-to-post automation, but nothing that emits a contact-level event a workflow can catch once a post is published.
Request: add a "Social Post Published" workflow trigger with filters for:
  • Social account / channel (FB, IG, GMB, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Post tag/category or specific post
  • Status (published successfully vs. failed)
Use cases:
  • Fire an action on the contact tied to the post (e.g. notify a client that their content went live - key for agencies managing client sub-accounts)
  • Kick off follow-up sequences the moment a launch/announcement post publishes
  • Log published posts to external systems via webhook without polling the API
  • Alert internal team/VA when a scheduled post actually goes out (or fails)
Right now the only workarounds are polling the Social Planner API or duct-taping third-party tools, which breaks the all-in-one value of HighLevel. A native publish event would close the loop between content going live and CRM automation.
