Currently in HighLevel social planner, if you want to hyperlink a url for a post, the "Insert Shortened Link" tool requires tracking details to be enabled, and there is no documented way to disable this setting for basic URL shortening. If you want to include a short link in a social media post without tracking parameters, the built in Link Shortener in the Social Planner post composer is not functioning and accessible without selecting UTM or tracking fields.

Currently, if you need a simple short link outside of Social Planner, we have to use a third-party shortener like Bitly. Our agency also uses Loomly social scheduling platform and this feature through Loomly makes the platform more appealing than moving all of our clients over to HighLevel.
