Trigger workflow when I send a message to myself

I'd love to be able to send myself Instagram posts or links via DM and have that trigger a workflow.
For example, when I find ideas for social media content, I could send them to myself and automatically save them to a Google Sheet.
I know people are doing this with ManyChat, but GoHighLevel doesn't seem to trigger workflows when the sender is me.

Running into this with clients too — the solo-testing use case is real. Voted. The ManyChat comparison is fair; this should just work.
