The inability to tag accounts in pictures directly during the post creation process is inconvenient. Users have to manually go back and tag accounts after the post has been published.

Sales & Marketing hey, this has been incorrectly marked as complete–the OP is talking about tagging within a photo itself, not within the caption. This is a problem for me and my team as well (creative agency). We have most of our clients in highlevel, but there are a handful we can't move into highlevel because this issue is a dealbreaker for those clients.
If you have any progress, keep us posted! Love using highlevel, would be awesome if this could be resolved.

I often tag the business I partner with (example here - https://i.imgur.com/pVRcZwV.png) yet this is not possible in GHL (example here - https://i.imgur.com/qDJ9yLC.png) as a result I can't use the Social Planner as it is not possible to tag the business - happy to chat about this. Please can you sort. Thanks
