Hi Everyone! Thumbnail feature is now live in Social Planner, You can add custom thumbnail and pre created thumbnails as well. Please refer the snapshot for adding a thumbnail.

This also needs to be enabled globally for all videos posted to all platforms. There's no way to set this, and is causing major headaches for publishing our webinar opt-in reels.
