We need a checkbox next to "Social Planner" user permissions that force approval for this user to post. It would remove the "Post Now" option for this user so that ALL their posts would be required to be approved. i.e. they are not allowed to "Post Now", they can only "Send For Approval".

Add the function to select multiple approvers for social media posts. I work with clients in highly regulated industries, which means their content needs to go through multiple approvals (Internal, compliance, brand).
It would be really helpful if we could add multiple approvers and the posts don't get scheduled/approved until each approver signs off.

Adding on to this - I can't see a way to change the approver once it's been sent, if someone is out or is too busy. You have to clone and redo the post to a new approver. I also have a client who can't always get to a computer and asks me to approve things , and I can't even approve them as an admin. So we're duplicating each post every time something changes.

This is so NEEDED! I've lost potential clients who were interested in the software but need the planner to REQUIRE approval. Not just have it as an option. They work with contractors in different territories and want to funnel all social marketing approvals through their global team but can't do that with GHL. Please get this up soon!

It would also be helpful to have a menu option "Change date" for each post in the Social Planner Approval view. This saves time when I want to change the date instead of having to open the post in edit mode

Social planner currently only allows you to assign one approver or even drafter. Need ability to add more, also notifications for the approver/rejector/team

SUBJECT: Restrict “Post Now” Action for Freelancers
BODY:
Introduce role-based permissions in the Social Media Scheduler so that designated “freelancer” users can create and schedule posts as they do today, submitting posts for approval only.
Permission should be configurable per user or role so admins can grant or revoke direct-publish rights without workarounds.
Do not see or use “Post Now”. The immediate-publish option must be hidden or disabled for this role to prevent accidental live posts.
UI/UX: If a user lacks permission, the Post Now button should be either greyed out with a tooltip (“Not permitted. Submit for approval instead.”) or removed from view.
