We'd like to see more advanced social media automation capabilities in GoHighLevel, similar to ManyChat.

Specifically, we'd like keyword/phrase triggers to work not only when someone comments on a social media post, but also when someone sends that keyword or phrase through DMs.

It would also be helpful to have more automation features across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, including:

Keyword-triggered DM automations

Comment-to-DM automations

DM-to-automation workflows

Automated responses based on social interactions

More flexible triggers and actions for each social channel

Cross-platform social automation capabilities

This would make GHL more capable of replacing tools like ManyChat and allow businesses to manage more of their social-media engagement and automation directly within GHL.
