Make it so any draft post that’s waiting for approval can be changed without deleting it first.

Edit schedule: Let users tweak the publish date or time on a post that’s pending approval.

Edit content: Let users update the text, images, hashtags, etc., on those pending posts.

Who can edit:

The person who created the post can edit their own pending drafts.

Admins or approvers can edit anyone’s pending drafts.

Keep track: Show a simple history of who made what changes.

Approval reset: If someone edits a pending post, it goes back to “needs approval” and notifies the approver again.

Easy UI: Add an “Edit” button next to each post that’s pending, and hide or disable it for users who aren’t allowed to change it.
