We have several cases where a post is being submitted for approval, but there is no information on who submitted it.

Also, when you're able to see who put the post up for approval in draft state, once that is done and a reviewer approves the post, it retains information on who the reviewer was not the submitter. This will cause audit issues later. All posts should retain information for the original submitter on all stages indefinitely.
