Starting on September 1, 2025 all of my Instagram images with a transparent background started posting on a black background, prior to that date, all posts were on a white background.
On all of the other connected platforms, they still post with a white background.
What is happening?

Hey Barbara Blaze Lazarony
We looked into this, and it seems the black background issue is coming from Instagram’s side. When we tried posting the same transparent image directly from the native Instagram app, it showed the same behavior.
Everything is working correctly on our end. Attaching snapshot for reference:

Using the social media poster for my RSS feed only: It was working correctly until September 2, 2025. On that date, Instagram started placing a black background behind my transparent images. All of my other platforms continue to be fine with a white background. Instagram is the only one impacted since September 2, 2025.
As you can see, all of the cartoon images I post using the RSS feed, before September 2, 2025 the transparent images appeared on a white background. On and after that date, all images started showing up with a black background.

Hey Barbara Blaze Lazarony
We checked this internally, but couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. Could you please raise a support ticket for this so our team can take a closer look at your specific case? Also if you could share your Location ID, it would help us investigate better.
