I still find this mostly doesn't work on LinkedIn. When I type someone's name in most of the time it doesn't show anyone. Sometimes it shows a name, and the LinkedIn logo and the word Company.

Conor Phillips yes this only works for company pages for some reason, not people's linkedIn profile. So not really a completed feature IMO

Eduardo Lopez or they don't know how to fix it. Who knows, LinkedIn's API might be the barrier. LinkedIn is a very insular system and their API is notorious for being difficult to work with and highly restrictive.

Is this a feature that still works? I attempted to tag/mention my facebook page and it is saying "No Data". I've tried to mention other pages as well. Sales & Marketing

Ok FB seems to be working after I reenabled all the permissions for lead connector in my Facebook privacy settings, but Instagram still doesnt populate for me

We decided to simply adopt RecurPost, and as painful of a decision as it was we couldn't be happier! Our experience with that tool has been so stellar that we even become a case study for their brand.
It's going to take Go High Level at least 1-2 years to catch up with the advanced set of features they have and GHL already provides a ton of different value for us so I'm not worried about this anymore. I'm actually grateful we looked outside the box.
*I'm not an affiliate, just excited to have resolved this and know how badly I wished someone had shown us! Could have saved us 20 hours of research and meetings and more than a year of lost time holding our breath and dinking around with this feature request.
Thanks GHL for the rest of what you do!

I'm still unable to tag people or companies on most of our PUBLIC LinkedIn pages on social. Facebook is sporadic. Would love to make this constant so we don't have to go back & continuously edit posts & properly tag people. It's such a time suck!

@Mentions will work for socials like Facebook, Linkedin , Twitter (X) and plain text will be available Instagram, Tiktok and GMB.

Found a possible huge system issue with regard to tags. Is there a limit on how large a tag can be? We should limit how long a tag can be. If you have a tag that is 1000 characters long, this could create some larger issues with the GHL servers and lag times in the system.
