Right now, when adding a post to a category queue, they will repeat as soon as the queue repeats. If there are only a few posts in a queue, they repeat to quickly. We need to be able to specify a minimum gap per post to control how often a post can be repeated.

For example, if a queue has 4 posts and posts every Monday, right now the queue repeats monthly, which is too much. If we could specify for these posts to have a minimum gap of 12 weeks, the queue would post all 4 posts, then wait two months before repeating.

This would allow to build a queue up over time. Right now we need to have enough content before we can schedule anything, if we don’t want it to repeat too fast.
