Ability to publish caroussel everywhere in a row

We cannot use the social planner because basics features are missing.
We want to use a tool that allows to publish everywhere in one row and not using HL for linkedin and insta only + others tools life buffer for Youtube, Pinterest and Tiktok. (Is not acceptable, better to use buffers only in this case.
So please add the ability to publish carrousel to:
- Tiktok
- Youtube community
Also: you limit to 10 images but this is the reality.
Instagram : 20
LinkedIn : 300
Pinterest : 5 (10 en ads)
Google Business Profile : 1
TikTok : 35
Facebook : 10
YouTube Community : 10
