When creating a snapshot of a sub-account, custom fields added to the default Company object are not included in the snapshot export. When the snapshot is imported into a new sub-account, all Company custom fields are missing, resulting in data loss and broken workflows.
USE CASE:
We've built a CRM system with extensive Company custom fields to track:
Law firm revenue milestones ($250K, $500K, $1M, $5M markers)
Engagement scores (toxicity, happiness, engagement ratings)
When deploying this system to new sub-accounts via snapshots, none of these Company custom fields transfer, requiring complete manual recreation.
