As most startup or growing businesses doesn't have a dedicated sales and marketing team, they choose to outsource and pay for a marketing agency. It would be useful for us on agency end to have a snapshot for Technology/SaaS companies we are managing. On top of the usual lead/pipeline management and call Centre feature, the snapshot could also include something related to doing events (online/networking events) for the Tech company client who primarily needs a B2B approach to their sales and marketing.
