Custom Values are one of the most powerful features in HighLevel, but as an account grows it becomes increasingly difficult to know where each Custom Value is being used.

I would like to see a "Where Used" feature for every Custom Value.

When viewing a Custom Value, HighLevel should display a list of every asset that references it, for example:

Emails

SMS templates

Workflows

Funnels

Websites

Forms

Surveys

Documents

Calendars

Signatures

Templates

Conversation AI prompts

Voice AI prompts

Or anywhere else Custom Values can be inserted.

Ideally, the list would include:

The asset name

The asset type

A direct link to open and edit that asset

The number of times the Custom Value is referenced

This would make it much safer to rename or delete Custom Values, help users clean up old values, reduce broken personalisation, and save a huge amount of time searching through an account.

A similar "Where Used" feature already exists in many development tools and content management systems, and it would be incredibly valuable in HighLevel as accounts become larger and more complex.
