Feature Idea: Visualizing Relationships Between Assets in GHL

Imagine a future where you can easily see the relationships between different assets in HighLevel with just the click of an 'Info' icon. For instance, you'd be able to quickly identify which workflows are adding or removing a tag, where custom values are being utilized, and which workflows are responsible for updating pipeline stages.
The ability to automatically link and visualize these relationships would be a game-changer for those of us who build custom solutions for clients or develop snapshots. It would streamline the troubleshooting process, making it easier to identify what does what to what. This would significantly reduce reliance on developers for understanding complex setups, particularly in subaccounts.
Suggested Assets for Relationship Mapping:
👉Tags
👉Trigger Links
👉Custom Fields
👉Pipelines
👉Pipeline Stages
👉Calendars
Benefits:
🔥Troubleshooting Efficiency: Easily pinpoint which automation affects which asset, speeding up the process of fixing issues.
Learning Curve Reduction: Simplify the learning process for new team members or clients who didn’t develop the custom solutions.
🔥Snapshot Management: Ensure that documentation stays in sync with updates, minimizing human error. Currently, this requires meticulous manual documentation, but automatic asset referencing would streamline this.
Advanced Feature Suggestions:
🔥Table Generator/CSV Export: A feature to generate tables or export CSV files showing the current relationships between assets would be incredibly useful for documentation and auditing purposes.
Feasibility: Considering these relationships are already present in the backend database, implementing this feature could be manageable, especially for assets configured with workflows. While it might be more challenging with custom values, starting with elements like tags, pipelines, and trigger links would already provide immense value.
I'm confident that this feature would be a valuable addition to HighLevel, significantly enhancing the platform's usability for custom builders.
