Including the subaccount's chat widgets in the Snapshots would be a time saver because of all the different customizations possible that we have to do for each new sub-account using basically the same widget

When creating a snapshot of sub account the widget does not come along for the ride and is not moved with the other data. Goal: Ensure that widgets are included when creating a snapshot of a sub-account, so they transfer along with all other data.

Its awesome that we can add and change multiple chat widgets
HOWEVER
We need to now be able to duplicate them to our clients' subaccounts (with snapshots)

We really need the ability to push chat widget settings from a saved Snapshot. Right now we have to copy/paste all of the settings over for every new location we create from our Snapshot.
