💡 Request:

Allow email templates (not email actions) to stay linked to the correct workflow steps when included in a snapshot so that:

-- Email steps in a workflow auto-populate with the right template upon snapshot import.

-- Templates remain cleanly organized in their original folders.

-- Updates can be made by just updating the original email template (using email actions requires a workflow refresh as well).

🚫 Issue this solves:

When adding workflows and email templates to a snapshot, the email steps in those workflows do not retain their linked templates after importing to a new sub-account. This forces manual selection for each step, which isn’t scalable—especially with the thousands of users we have.

The current way of doing this using "email actions":

-- Creates duplicate templates in the new account.

-- They’re not organized into folders and clutter the template library.

-- Updating templates requires refreshing both the workflow and template in the original sub-account (instead of just the updating the email template).
