Currently, when importing a Snapshot into a new or existing sub-account, Review AI agents are not included in the import. Only Conversation AI assets are supported. This creates a limitation for users who use Review AI as part of their automated review management systems, as these agents must be recreated manually in every new sub-account.

Proposed improvement:

Enable Review AI agents to be included when creating or importing Snapshots. This would make it possible to replicate full client environments — including Review AI workflows — without additional manual setup.

Why this matters:

For SaaS providers and agencies deploying at scale, Snapshots are critical to quickly cloning ready-to-use environments across multiple sub-accounts. Excluding Review AI agents breaks workflow continuity and adds unnecessary manual work, especially when automations, triggers, or chat widgets depend on those agents.

Example use case:

When deploying a new client instance from a Snapshot that includes Review AI, the AI agent must currently be rebuilt manually inside each sub-account. This process is repetitive, time-consuming, and error-prone.
