Add a check/verification when loading snapshots to make 100% sure they completely finish

When you have a higher number of sub accounts, snapshot loads and updates fail far too frequently. And there's no way to even know the failure happened unless you manually look at each account, or until a customer reaches out for support because things aren't working (which then erodes their trust in the software - because it's all supposed to work).
There should be a built in check where high level loads the snapshots, but then does some sort of checksum or verification to make sure it finished loading... and if it didn't, it needs to keep trying until it loads. I just had 8 failures in a row trying to send out ONE updated email template to our accounts. They also fail sometimes when loading into a single account, or even when a new account is created. I have several times come across where snapshots that loaded half the email templates and then just quit. Or it loads part of a funnel, but not all the steps. Etc. etc.
Another good idea might be having an agency log where the snapshot loads are listed as having completed or not, and show failed ones that could be retried - similar to how emails that don't get sent have error messages, etc. -- but in this view, a batch process would be great since you wouldn't want to individually have it retry hundreds or even thousands of failures.
