Make TimeZone a column and a Filter in the Contact List view

This would be really helpful for organizing Leads / Contacts into Smart Lists, so the person calling can be more efficient and move faster, knowing that all the people they are calling are in the same time zone. This would be great to a Team Admin to be able to create Smart Lists for their Team members who are calling, so they will be organized for their day.

How is this not higher?? This is so helpful!! And also as a field on forms???? I currently can't poll my clients to see if anyone's time zone has moved without creating a workflow with multiple extra steps that shouldn't be necessary...

+1 for this -- all the other fields are available to be shown in the contacts list... why not time zone?
