Request 1: Option to Auto-Trigger "Create Opportunity" Pop-up After Saving a Contact
  • Category: Contacts (or Opportunities & Pipelines)
  • Title: Auto-trigger "Create Opportunity" modal after adding a contact via side drawer
  • Description: After creating a new contact using "+Add Contact" side drawer, currently the users must manually go to "Opportunities" tab to create a deal.
It would help lessen the process if after the users can easily navigate the "Create Opportunity" popup immediately upon saving a new contact.
Request 2: Allow Manual Text Input / Disable Date Picker for System Date Fields (e.g., DOB)
  • Category: Contacts (or Forms)
  • Title: Option to disable calendar date picker and allow free-text input for Date of Birth
  • Description: System date fields like (Date of Birth) currently only allows users to use the datepicker. Navigating back to several decades for birth dates on a datepicker takes a long time for the user before entering the data to the field. If possible we can allow the users to use freetext options for date fields instead of datepicker.
