Feature Request: Add an account-level setting that automatically defaults all newly created Smart Lists to be globally accessible by all team members on the account.

Current Behavior: When a team member creates a Smart List, it is private by default. The creator must manually toggle the list to "global" in order for other team members on the account to see and use it

Desired Behavior: An account admin should be able to enable a setting that makes all newly created Smart Lists globally accessible by default, removing the need for each team member to manually toggle visibility every time they create a new list.

Use Case: Teams that operate collaboratively and want full transparency across their account find it cumbersome to rely on each individual team member remembering to manually share every Smart List they create. An automatic default would streamline workflows and ensure nothing gets siloed unintentionally.
