This is crazy! Buffer times should be visible on the calendar. Pre- or post-buffers should appear in light grey or another specific color to indicate they are buffers after the scheduled service. Not just appear white like the rest of the calendar. This has always been standard in any calendar I have used. It is needed when a receptionist is looking at the calendar to view availability.
