So if any of you have serviced based businesses WARNING I have spent the last month and around 5 hours or more trying to figure out something so STUPID simple like a cleaning business who has weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reoccurring appointments - Sounds simple right? NOPE!!! After over 6 zoom calls and hours of back and forth with SR tech support here is how it works. I have had to build out over 30 different round robin calendars JUST to do reoccurring appointments!!!
This is a TOTAL sh#$ show at this point not only in my wasted time but try explaining to a customer how to select the right calendar out of freaking 30+ options!!! At this point if they do not fix this to be a simple calendar to use (like Google Cal) then I will stop selling GHL to served based businesses.
Hope to save you all LOADS of wasted time and frustration DO NOT USE GHL for reoccurring appointments it is a nightmare
