When we view the calendar - the red line should show the user time zone.

When we go to book an appointment it should default to user time zone and show recommended the account time zone second.

It should be easier for the user to identity their time zone and book an appointment without time zone confusion. We have about 20 sales reps inside one calendar all on different time zones and right now time zones are a big problem.
