We need to ensure that the user's time zone is not overridden by the sub-account's location. This is not merely an 'enhancement.' Rather, it's a fundamental expectation in any software used for scheduling appointments. An immediate solution to this problem is necessary. This issue has been discussed for over two years, and we have been repeatedly assured that it is being addressed. However, no progress seems to have been made. I am a huge fan of HL, but this single issue is not just annoying; it's unacceptable. There is no valid reason for this problem to persist, other than a lack of commitment to resolving it. When you combine all of the posts about this same issue you will see "hundreds" of people wanting a solution. Please help guys. This is a really big deal for companies that have operations in multiple time zones and don't want to switch back and forth between sub accounts in order to manage their company.
