User-based time zone selector for account

There should be a way to select what time zone each user is in, so that way the calendar, appointments, appointment-scheduler on the right side of a contact, etc. can all be displayed in each user's timezone. Currently, if I have a salesperson in Central Time, talking to a customer in Mountain Time, in a business that's in Eastern Time trying to schedule a followup call, each user/salesperson has to book in ET, while thinking in CT, but communicating in MT. And it creates quite a few issues. Each user should be able to have the GHL interface and functions work and display in their functionality.

Time Zone Selection is not apparent to 90% of users resulting in missed calls and confusion. Can it be set up as a mandatory selection option instead of having a default?

I have clients that have locations in 3 time zones and we have to have a different sub account for each of them

Bumping this dude. Lets fix the user time zones to default to showing them all their time zones they shouldnt have to search to find their time zone. It should not default to account time zone. Lets fix this asap please. we got like 20 sales reps making appointments and calls all day - this is our biggest issue.

Serious has this been done yet because I can't take much more!!!!!
It needs to show the calendar based on the USER timezone not the account timezone.
There is so much confusion and people are missing appointments and doing reminder calls at crazy hours because of this. If it isn't updated soon we may have to leave and move to another platform. We have Aus, UK, Spain, Sweden and USA timezones plus people in ASIA also trying to navigate and calculate the timezones. It is ridiculous.

Kellie Lee Stewart This is possible! You can turn on the feature from Labs.
Settings > Labs > Timezone Update for Calendar Appointments.
Enabling this will show your appointments in the Calendar Module in the User Timezone.

Swadha Bhoj Oh my gosh we need this so badly too! We have users in 3 continents, all working remotely and traveling, so trying to update availablity based on the sub-account time zone is a nightmare - for us and clients in similar situations. Can you share a bit more information about how to enable calendar availability to be based on user time zone Swadha? Is there a changelog article or help article about this?
