Update Zoom Meetings When An Appointment Is Rescheduled

When an appointment is booked through a GHL calendar it creates an initial Zoom meeting in the Zoom account that is linked. However, when that same appointment gets rescheduled it doesn't update the meeting in Zoom or create a new one. This causes problems for hosts to find and start the meeting. We need the ability to have GHL communicate the changes or create a new Zoom meeting in Zoom when a meeting is rescheduled. Not as important, but it would be nice to also have meetings that are canceled in GHL be canceled in Zoom as well.

When the zoom (or potentially any) integration breaks because of a password change, timeout or whatever reason, it would be great to let that individual or or admins know, either by email, or banner or some other configurable way.
Otherwise I'm finding out about it by clients saying there was no zoom link in the meeting invite.

Yes James - there needs to be a better way of being notified when an existing connection in a sub-account needs reconnecting.
It's not good to find out from the client that their calendar appointments do not have the meeting location in them.

This is a HUGE problem because we don't get notifications when our sales team doesn't have zoom added to their calendar!! Please solve this.

This is a huge issue prospects are receiving notifications with empty location fields.
We then have to reconnect the zoom integration, and bump the meeting time by a minute to reset the meeting and it then inserts the zoom link. Which then fires off a whole new set of appointment notifications.
Seems to be happening more often now.

So that explains why my booked appointment doesn't have a Zoom link like before. It's because the appointment was rescheduled.

The current recipe for meeting reminders doesn't take into account internal notifications when an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled. Getting this recipe to work under the various circumstances that a user will engage with the appointment is vitally important, otherwise the GHL user may not pick up appointment time changes.

Totally agree!!!! Im having the same issue and other appointment apps do this seamlessly. Cant understand why this is an issue? Forcing me to pay for external calendar, even though I signed up to GHL for this calendar feature!
